"What a nice property! I appreciated an unloading zone, particularly since they have dedicated spaces just a few yards away in the parking garage. When I checked in, there was a young man in training doing check in, and he did a great job. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Well, except when the hail came, but that’s not their fault - we were just thankful to be safe and inside, and knowing the car was in a garage. We took advantage of the lobby bar in the evening, for a very nice charcuterie board and a bit of wine. Staff there was excellent too. She was patient and helpful as our first wine selection was out of stock and helped us choose another nice option. I would say that I’m sorry for any parent who is staying there because their child is in the adjoining children’s hospital, but it offers a comfortable and convenient option."

"The staff was nice, breakfast was good! The he room however was not great at all. Upon entry it smelled so strong of a dog odor, I determined it was the top blanket on the beds. There was dirty areas but the bathroom was the worst. Definitely something going on up on the ceiling, though a good shower and towels… for the price I really cannot complain, for a quick stop and sleep it wasn’t bad, I wouldn’t go back with kids or for a longer stay."
