"My wife, my sister-n-law, my son and I stayed here the night before the 2026 Los Angeles Marathon. We picked this location because it was close to the marathon starting line and offered a shuttle from the hotel to the starting line for runners since there was no way to walk to Dodger Stadium. This hotel turned out to be perfect for the marathon. We stayed in room 1652 and even though we were a little early for our check-in our room was cleaned and ready for our arrival. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and made the check-in very smooth. There is FREE WiFi if you need it. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very spacious. No need to bring dongles because there were plenty of USB ports to plug our devices into. Parking was valet only for $59 a night or your could park in the garage next to the hotel for $8.99 per night. This hotel was very clean and has been unkept very well, but if you explored around at all you could see that back in the glory days this was the place. There were several spots for business, restaurants, that were just sitting empty. A sign of the changing times. If you are participating in the Los Angeles Marathon and do not want to deal with traffic and parking. I would stay here. My rating: BEST"

"The airport was very busy so the shuttle took a little longer than expected. They don’t have a regular schedule, like on the half hour. So you just have to wait until it arrives. Other hotel shuttles seemed to arrive a little more frequently. The location was fine for one night but not a place to stay to enjoy LA. It had an airport ambiance. But the room was nice, the bed was comfy and I liked that it had both a fridge and a microwave. "

"Location location location - great for sightseeing and all activities. The hotel itself is in need of renovation. The carpets were sticky and the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. We had a city view from which we could see the Hollywood sign - the sunrises were beautiful. We were too busy to use any of the amenities."
