The hotel is very old and the out side is in disrepair. The inside was very clean and the breakfast was good the price was good.

My Mom and I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The free continental breakfast was excellent. There is no elevator so the second level with heavy suitcases was difficult but one of the staff assisted us. There isn't much in the line of restaurants in the immediate area by foot. There are two bus stops to take you to downtown Vancouver close by. One is right at the back of the building.

I was very disappointed in this property. The pictures are very deceiving. There is a lot of construction going on at the hotel. The room had a bad odor to it. It was not worth the price paid. I ended up leaving and going to an excellent hotel for a lower price. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

A large portion of the hotel was closed because they were painting and remodeling. At first glance the hotel looked completely empty, however, they were using the second building and had more tenants in that portion of the hotel. Hopefully with this new remodel the hotel will look more updated and welcoming. The breakfast selection was good. They had water, coffee, juices, cereals, bagels, sandwiches, and pastries available to eat in the outdoor covered patio area.
