The staffs are very inefficient, they take their time to resolve the issue. The air conditioning in my room was not functioning, the room was freezing. I called the front desk, they said they will send a technician to take a look within 20 minutes. We have waited more than 1 and half hour, nobody showed up. I called the front desk several times, they didn’t bother to take the phone calls. I am very disappointed with their service, especially for a hotel of 5 stars.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The front desk and concierge staff were friendly and very helpful. The lobby and bar area is beautiful and has live piano and singers. Our room was spacious and beautifully done.

It was clean and comfortable. No coffee cups or shower curtain. Nesspresso machine, which i didnt know how to use and when i asked for assistance, no one came. Eventually, i figured it out. For the amount of money spent, coffee should be easy... Otherwise, staff was really nice, love the valet parking, close to everything and the design was amazing.
