Property is very outdated and needs refurbishing. When we checked in and went to the room, the key wouldn’t work and every time we came to our door the key wouldn’t open the door so it was a trip to the desk for a new key, tried to get some ice from the machine and no ice. The front desk said they would bring some to our room but never did. I tried to call the desk to ask about the ice and the phone was dead

We liked the location. We did not know the breakfast was grab and go, or that the shuttle to the airport no longer existed. Both the 'old' breakfast and the shuttle were items we looked forward to based on previous bookings....but those were long ago.....change is hard.

Terrible experience run diwn building, very bad smell on all floors, tired furnishings and finishes looks like nothing has been done to it in decades. Worst hotel we have ever been in ....a motel would have been better
