A nice location next to hustle bustle downtown

The apartment located just one block to Robson St., where all the shops and restaurants located. 2 min walk to grab grocery, nice wine or coffee. At the same time, the building sits on a off-peak location, so very quiet at the night time. Matthew, the rental office staff was very helpful and nice. While it took sometimes to wait as there were other tenants being served, the check-in process was very smooth. Ken, another staff, was nice to help me carry my FedEx boxes to my room and saved me lot of hassle. The apartment is very clean, with nice bedding and towels. The kitchen has all equip for stay, coffee pot, toaster, oven, etc. Washing machine and dryer worked extremely well, probably one of the best I used in service apartment. Although my apartment located in lower floor (6/F), but the sunlight and view are pretty good. I had rented a car, so the underground parking is a plus. I was on biz trip so only 1 person stayed there. If I travel with family, I will choose to stay here again!

Great location, amazing views

Spent a great week in this apartment exploring Vancouver and the surrounding areas. The apartment is conveniently located in a nice part of town and our unit was on the 32nd floor, so the views were spectacular. It was clean and modern and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We didn't have to worry about kitchen items, paper products or dishwashing tabs. They even provided laundry detergent/fabrick softener for a load of laundry - perfect for our week-long stay. The rental includes the use of a parking spot in the building, a good thing since parking comes at a premium in Vancouver. There were plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in the neighborhood, and the subway was just a quick walk away.

Extended Stay Vancouver

Great area - lots of restaurants and stores nearby - main downtown within a 10 minute walk. Check in OK with concierge on Sunday - be sure to call in advance to obtain Sat/Sun check in instrructions. Had to really check in with office on Monday but they do not open until 10 AM so early starters beware. Staff contact very friendly and informative on local area. Blackout curtains in bedroom - great. Building appears well maintained and parking available with room. Cable channel list has a lot listed but not many "premium" available from list. Definitely need better or a selection of bedroom pillows! A reasonable apartment in a nice area central to many attractions.

Extended stay residence apartments, not a hotel

This is a residence building and not run like a hotel, which we didn't know ahead of time. But, we enjoyed our stay very much. We were upgraded to a full 2 bedroom apt. with a fabulous view of the city and it had most of the amenities of a hotel, plus more like an ensuite washer and dryer. It is very secure and in a good neighborhood with restaurants and groceries nearby. There was free underground secure parking and free internet. And the price was much cheaper than most hotel rooms we looked at.

HORRIBLE service!!!

I will not stay at this location again. The only reason that I gave a 3 star rating was because of Matthew the gentleman (registration), other than that the concierge service was absolutely HORRIBLE! Another thing to keep in mind is that the key that you are given doesn't always work and you have to go to the concierge for assistance, keep in mind that each time you ask a question from the concierges that appear to be irritated/bother that you even asked them a questions. If I hadn't paid for this place ahead of time I would have cancelled and looked for another location.

広さ，設備，清潔感３拍子そろっています．地下駐車場から部屋まで直結ですので，滞在期間の交通機関を車にする人にもバッチリな環境です．ランドリー設備も室内にあり最高です．ホテルの近くに，スーパーやリカーショップがありとても便利です．

if you like strangers walking in on you

No turndown service is fine since you get an entire suite and can do laundry and cook etc yourself but trying to get in touch with anyone who works on the hotel is next to impossible...if not impossible. Check in wss a nightmare but worst of all a random stranger walked into our room and quickly ran out when they realized they were in the wrong room or they wanted to rob us...not sure which one. Anyways it had potential since its basically a condo but never again.

Choose Somewhere Else

Such a disappointment. To begin, beware the cancellation policy -- it is unreasonable and enforced by even more unreasonable folks. No wiggle room, no willingness to work with you, no compassionate service. Guest services is kind but powerless. The staff of the building are rude beyond compare. The rooms are okay -- dated, badly in need of updates and repair, and fairly sterile. The rooms are also NOISY -- we could hear those around us, but also the constant sounds of street traffic. No amenities, lots of rules and poor service. Stay elsewhere, anywhere, given the chance!

Disappointed with management company

Shower faucet is not working Lights in bedroom is not working. You would expect that the management company would have done a quick check to ensure all basic amenities are in working condition .

great apartment in a great neighborhood

This was what it would be like to live in a high end apartment in Vancouver- perfect walkable location, great view high up on the 26th floor. Only issue is that the building was not easy to spot since it's not a hotel per se - looks like all the other apartment buldings so we walked around looking for it the first night. It had eveything we needed but no room service, which we never use anyways. If you wanted to cook the kitchen was perfect for that but great restaurants on Robson are nearby and are very walkable.

4泊させて頂きました。キッチンも使いやすく、必要な物はほとんど揃っています。なによりお部屋に洗濯機があるのはとても便利でした。立地が多少心配でしたが、中心地へも歩ける距離で良かったです。

Excellent location, wise choice for families

Location is fantastic, close to everything: restaurants, grocery store, liquor store, subway, and tourist destinations. You don't need to rent a car at all unless you want to travel farther away to the suburbs or the mountains. The manager Susan and her staffs Elena and Gary were very helpful and courteous, they responded to my requests and questions quickly through emails, Elena even send me an email 3 weeks prior to my check-in. The free underground parking was nice especially in a downtown location. Office staffs only avail Mon-Fri 9-5pm, also close on official holidays so there's no help if you need services after hours or holidays; housekeeping comes every 5 days, didn't know where to throw our garbages; no toiletries like shampoos, shower gel, we had to buy them from convenience store across the street. VES actually consists of 3 different buildings and our group of 5 families were separated into 3 buildings which made it difficult for our kids to visit each other.

Perfect Location in Downtown Vancouver

Great place to stay when visiting Vancouver. Walkable to many places. Will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Vancouver!

Residences On Georgia Review

Considering the room is meant for two occupants, there were scant supplies like towels and kitchen items. The condo was cold even with the heat set high. The bed and couch were not comfortable

分譲マンションを投資目的で所有されている方の運用を請け負っている会社で、十分な信用が出来る体制で運用されています。部屋の環境を整備することもしっかりしており、ほぼ不満要素はありません。唯一の不満は他の方も書いている通り、インターネットの速度が若干頼りないところです。
