"Although many of the staff were very friendly and courteous there were major red flags that made my stay uncomfortable. Such as an employee approaching me while I was alone at the pool claiming I owed $10000rupes for a gold investment. I did tell management. The cleanliness outside of my room was horrible unfortunately the video I took disappeared after I sent it to the LeMiami. My review was rejected. "Property was okay amenities limited, dinning limited , classified as luxury boutique but was quite underwhelming in reality. Staff were great apart from being charged for early check in. "

"We had a lovely 5 days at the Conch. It is a 10 minute tuktuk ride into Whitetown in Pondicherry, so very accessible but a little quieter which we preferred. The rooms are clean and spacious with an amazing private pool (can be a bit chilly when you jump in!). We had several meals whilst staying and the food was overall incredible - it’s homemade and full of flavour with plenty of variety. We’d recommend the Conch to anyone looking to visit Pondicherry."
