"Really clean room & good shower with a functiong mixer tap unlike a lot of hotels in India. The housekeeping, reception, travel agency & food/beverage teams were all excellent. You could tell they were proud of working for the hotel. I would rate it as the best hotel in my 3 week stay in India."

"It’s not in the prettiest street but was only a few minutes walk to Assi Ghat. The room was clean and everything worked well. Great water pressure and hot water in the shower. I don’t really have any complaints."

"From my wife who stayed there: I'm missing this hotel and its lovely staff and the kindness with which they took care of my family and I during our stay there from July 25 th through August 2nd. I feel I have a home here. The family rooms are spacious but they don't have any sunlight and the bathroom hooks are very high for average height people like me. WiFi worked better at 207. "Very very prime location, walkable to all places. Good room service
The front desk messed our airport transportation. We booked 5 am airport car service, double checked it again previous day but on the day they didnt have it. Last minute got an uber as i had local data plan. Very stressed."
