Incredible property

Brought my elderly parents and our young boys for a holiday. Great fun at the beach for the boys and good food for my parents to enjoy. mOdus hotel was recommended by our friend who is from Varna. We normally stay at international hotels like Hilton or Intercontinental so was a bit worried about the standard but I'd happily rate it five star. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you!

Satisfied with the hotel.Nice breakfast, lots of choose.Loved the coffee in the morning.Had a quiet room.Nice spa facilities. Unfortunately didn't have the time to enjoy the spa.

This was our 3rd stay and was nice to see some of the same friendly staff from previous visits. Check in was very quick and easy and our room was ready on arrival. The vie from the 9th floor was amazing. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. The only small thing I would add is that the hotplate food at breakfast could have been hotter. I used the spa and pool area most days and found it was kept clean with good facilities. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend the hotel.

Very nice place

Exceeded our expectations, modern hotel and staff extremely accommodating. My and my family had a wonderful time, cannot fault the hotel at all.

This is a really nice hotel right in the centre of town close to the beach, eating establishments and lovely walks (beach and park). It is next to a Casino if that is your thing but this is a nice hotel, super convenient, no noise in the rooms and just a very pleasant European beach style. It has given me a real warmth for Bulgaria.

I stayed for 5 nights in this hotel in the first week in September and it was excellent value for money. All the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, while at the same time respecting my privacy. The Reception staff in particular were a big help to me as I had some complicated taxi trips to organize, and they also managed to arrange a late check-out for me even though I had not originally booked it. The pool was wonderful and the setting around the pool really lovely - eating...

An enjoyable stay. Rooms spacious and comfortable . Good choice of food in the restaurant and lobby bar pleasant .
