"It’s fine for a stay in Karlstad, easy walking distance to both the main area but also nice walks along the river etc. Very basic hotel, not totally clean but ok. Breakfast was alright but nothing special. Not bad value for money for a city stay. "

"There was no information that free parking was limited and despite it was one of the criteria for choosing the hotel there was nothing available. Also there was no information that checheck in , check out and breakfast was in a separate hotel about 100 meters away. A panel in the shiwer door was missing and lastly it was impossible to get hot water in the sink that i needed to take medicine...water in sink wouldnt even get luke warm"
