"First of all, my reservation itself was not communicated to the Hotel.
An obviously, my early-checkin request was also not communicated to the Hotel. This is purely the service provider's problem and I have been having 2nd such bad experience with your site.
Hotel itself was unclean. Room was extremely small. No WiFi !! Area is bad. Added to that, there was no kitchen in the Hotel and hence no breakfast; so I had to go elsewhere in the Mumbai rain for my breakfast.

"The hotel rooms are not clean , the first room I got had a broken door in the bathroom, the toilet covers are all spoilt, even after shifting the room the same problem, a bad odor stays , and most horrible was the breakfast, although it was complimentary I had to ask multiple times to get breakfast.
