"Staff rude and disrespectful and other guests are being allowed to smoke in rooms despite no smoking policy, staff slam doors every morning and make banging noises from room below despire no work being done. Other guest's seem to be alliqed to lets tgere animals poop in rooms since hallways every morning wreak of poop smell."

"Our flight was delayed so we needed a place to stay at the last minute. The shuttle was available right away. Beautiful large open foyer, excellent service, comfortable bed. "

"Room is awesome, clean, smells great. Pool is nice. Staff are not great. I had several issues during the stay that ruined it for me. Probably will not stay here ever again. "

"There were ants covering the microwave when we checked in, we discovered bed bugs in our room and were solely offered new bed sheets despite bed bugs being an issue with the mattress. We ended up leaving only 7 hours after being checked in and having to pay for a whole other hotel due to the lack of cleanliness of this location. "

"This hotel is conveniently located near downtown Port Orchard and the room was clean, but we were disappointed that there wasn’t a crib available."

" Very friendly and helpful staff front desk (Chris) and Jorge our shuttle driver Everything was clean and in working order I was a little apprehensive staying so close to the airport but I didn’t hear any plane or loud street noise!! I would stay again if I a need too also close to light rail"

"The room was not properly cleaned. There was used tissue paper left in the trash bin, and the bath towels were poorly folded, giving the impression they may have been used by previous guests without the housekeeper noticing. Additionally, there were visible dirty spots on the bed sheets."
