"This is an excellent choice for seeing Saumur. It is in an old building with a lot of character. My room was large, with wooden beamed ceiling, tall windows that opened, and a limestone fireplace I wish I had in my home. Ensuite had shower and had plenty of space. Bed was comfortable. "The staff were very helpful. The propery is a short walk from the city centre and there is an excellent small supermarket close by. The accommodation itself was fine and the car park was secure. "

"Nice hotel/conference centre, it was quite quiet on our visit and we barely saw anyone else which was strange. My biggest complaint was that the WiFi (and hence smart tv) did not work in the room, and we were told that was just how it was. Staff were otherwise great and a nice restaurant with delicious French cuisine. Bed and linens fairly standard. "
