A beautiful château in the countryside. Some of the rooms are a little dated however they are very comfortable. The restaurant is quite expensive, as is the wine. Breakfast is good but not great.

The staff were really excellent, simply 1st class as was the food which could not be faulted! We loved the grounds and the room (off of the main building perfect for our two young children) The children loved the whole experience- they could run about with the peacocks and two cute dogs and play in the pool. We had a charming babysitter that evening so we could enjoy a fabulous dinner. Would definitely come back again!

Vi tillbringade en natt på hotellet. Rummett väl tilltaget med utsikt. Trevliga omgivingar och högklassig restaurang med toppenservice. tillgång till inomhuspool ett extra plus. Med tanke på rumsstandard dock ett för högt pris.

Sehr schönes Schlosshotel- Pool nicht sehr groß aber nett zum plantschen - sehr großes Grundstück mit freilaufenden Pfauen - tolles kleines Restaurant vor großen Kamin - essen nicht billig aber ausgezeichnet - Frühstück wird einzeln serviert - 32 Euro - was besonders - gut geeignet um was spezielles zu feiern

Beautiful, romantic chateau

We stayed in this beautiful chateau for one night and enjoyed every moment of it. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom had a nice round bath which was perfect for an evening of relaxation. We also tried the restaurant for dinner which was situated in a beautiful dining room and the vegetables from their back garden were super delicious!

Spoil yourself for a special experience and stay in this chateau which has been lovingly restored by the family over a few decades. We spent two nights there, dined in the restaurant each night and toured around the local wine areas.

This storybook chateau was exquisite. The grounds are beautiful and the setting exceptional. Service was outstanding. We highly recommend it as a base for exploring Burgundy as well as for a peaceful retreat.

Fairy tale castle

I would highly recommend this place. It was like staying in a fairy tale. Beutiful countryside, well mainained historical building, perfect service, very good restaurant (rather expensive though). If you have extra time they can arrange sightseeng or wine tasting trips, even flight on a baloon )) It was high point on my trip in France.

Country chateau world class charm

My girlfriend and I just spent two nights at the chateau and loved every second. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, service and staff professional and friendly and food was outstanding. It is located near the charming town if Vezelay and 90 minutes from the heart of Burgundy's wine country
