"Had a great stay. Place was in a nice spot. Close enough to walk downtown. The room really could’ve used a microwave. Other than that it was nice place to stay. The AC was also very cold. There’s a terrace on the rooftop that was nice and enjoyable in the morning and night. The only thing that might be a problem for some is the traffic is super heavy at night. It can get pretty noisy. Yet that’s not the hotels fault. All in all it was a great place."

"The sealant under the shower door was coming off, causing water to leak out. pull out couch was broken and due to it being broken I did not lift it to look for the remote that was stuck underneath. Came back one day and the door was wide open. Horrible communication. Uber and door dash could never find us. Not happy with my stay at ALL"

"The location was amazing. If you are in shape to walk, Old San Juan is so close to walk to and safe.
Likes:
-The location was great, we had the end unit with the wrap around balcony, and it was amazing to sit out there and relax in between sightseeing.
-There is a really cute bakery at the corner of the street with amazing coffees and pastries.
-Chickens waking us up every morning. Didn't bother us at all!
-Right across the street at night there is a small area with a hut that opens up and...

"Pesimo servivicio por que alquile y no especificaron el horario de checkin y perdi mi dinero trate de q me reembolsaran y no lo hicieron escusas por todos lado llame fui al area de checkin y no hiciero absolutamente nada para resolver el problema si te cobran en el momento pero si tienes y un problema no lo solucionan y pierdes tu dinero"

"The host was very communicative and quick to respond. The apartment is right in the heart of Viejo San Juan with everything walking distance. The inside was clean and nicely decorated and the view from the third floor balcony was stunning!"
