"Lovely clean rooms with a nice sized restroom. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Our room included a large outdoor area with table and chairs that our children enjoyed. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with lots of options for the whole family."

"This place is just beautiful! Right on the Camino. My room was large, with chairs, AC and a great shower. Comfy bed and pillows. There is a garden to sit in, as well as a lounge area indoor and outdoor. It was quiet. And the staff! They were so kind and helpful. Had dinner there, which was delicious. And drinks are available at a reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again!"

"I will start with the service at the front desk. Wow! this is what hospitality should look like at every hotel. The front desk manager helped solving some problems upon arrival, since we were traveling by bike on the Camino de Santiago. He made sure that the bikes could charge overnight and they even moved them to the storage area themselves, while we were changing clothes in our room. Provided water for our flasks the next day. "The good points about the hotel were the breakfast, the staff, who were helpful and the rooms which were for the most part well maintained. We had several very positive interactions with the front desk and on the whole they met our needs. The location is pretty good and there is access to a sandy beach at low tide. Do bear in mind that the hotel is close to the port, so noise can be an issue if you room on the mountain side of the property. The wireless was extremely weak. As this was (partly)...

"Location, location location. An historic place, located in a peninsula ((guess it was an island before), very close to the beach promenade. Luscious grounds and breathtaking views of the bay. The views from our window were spectacular. Hotel is well kept. Staff is professional and corteous, a little dry on the front desk, but not so at the restaurant and bar, where the staff was always smiling and helpful. Very refreshing. "The hotel location is great, a few minutes away from the beach. The reception staff gave a friendly and helpful welcome. I was there for an overnight stay so can only comment on the room. I was in a triple room with no view. The room was dated with bedding that had seen better days. Noise travelled easily through the walls and overall it was not the best night's sleep."

"I highly recommend stopping here if you are on the Camino and want to stop in Caminha or Seixas. The private rooms are small but very nice. I had a view of the beautiful cathedral in town right outside my window. There is a beautiful view of the Minho River from the deck outside. The shared bathroom is very clean and the shared common room was large (as well as the kitchen). Patricia who runs it is also very kind and helpful. Definitely a 5 star stay!"
