The hotel in under renovation & beside a gym/dance studio. So there is noise during the day if you're in the hotel during the day. My room had a large structural pillar in the middle of the rim making it hard to navigate the space. But the bed, ...

"Hotel con tutti i servizi di un 5*. Terrazza panoramica meravigliosa. Posizione comoda a Sabbiadoro. Sicuramente non ha il rapporto qualità prezzo di località internazionali come Dubai ma per Lignano non posso che consigliarlo caldamente!"

"Chef Mimi was fab-o. The room had a heated towel rack in tbe bathroom, which was priceless in the Venetian humidity. We needed no alarm clock because of the rooster next door, who did not crow until an agreeable hour. The lady behind the front desk was genuinely friendly and the neighborhood was charming. The bed sloped downwards toward the headboard and that was about our only trouble. I'definitely stay tjere again. The breakfasts were fabulous."

"The hotel has lovely rooms and very nice amenities including a minibar and balcony in the bathroom. The Hotel is quite far out from the main city centre of Venice being out on the Lido"

"Hotel was lovely, room was great just the bathroom/ shower shelf missing/Broken meaning all shower stuff had to be left on the floor. Breakfast was great not full English but scrambled eggs,bacon and all the usual continental and cereals. Served with fresh coffee or tea. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by and away from the madness and costs of Venice island. Handy for the actv waterbus 5-10 mins walk would definitely go back"
