"Fantastic location, easy to get to, very quiet. Rooms are beautifully decorated with old style Venetian decor, large rooms with a fantastic breakfast buffet. Close to ferry bus on Grand Canal and lagoon- elevator available for luggage , great a/c and fridge, tv and internet. If I could rate better ..."

"Staff and the clean room are amazing. We had just a small problem with the water from the shower that goes to the toilet floor. Maybe just a glass box to work perfect. Breakfast very nice, very good quality food, nice croissants, good location. I recommend"
