Comfortable place

It was just comfortable place to stay. Very nice breakfast. The guy gives all important information about the city, transportation, where to eat and anything you want. Quite convenient to travel to Venice. I will definitely stay here when I come next.

Städtetrip leicht gemacht

Wir haben einen Städtetrip in venedig gemacht und uns für diese zentral gelegene Unterkunft auf dem Festland entschieden. Bushaltestelle ist in 2 Gehminuten zu erreichen und bringt einen direkt auf die Insel. Das Apartment mit 3 Zimmern und 2 Bädern ist nett und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Vermieter ist super organisiert und bietet ausführliche Informationen und Tipps an. Alles lief einwandfrei, wir warem super zufrieden!

No es un hotel, es un piso compartido.

Lo más importante es dejar claro que no es un hotel, es un piso compartido con un pequeño hall de entrada, cocina y los baños no están dentro de las habitaciones, sino que tienes que salir al pasillo para llegar hasta él y te puedes encontrar con otros huéspedes. El desayuno es self-service puesto que el dueño no aparece por allí hasta que un huesped se va para cobrar (sin tarjeta, cobra en métalico) y hacer la limpieza. Se comparte la nevera con el resto de huéspedes y el sitio en general es bastante básico y descuidado. Hay una lavadora que no puedes usar y en nuestro caso quedamos a las 10:00 para hacer el checkout pero el dueño apareció a las 9:30 cuando estábamos desayunando y empezó a hacer la limpieza de la casa, por lo que sentíamos como que nos estaba echando. En la parte positiva, estaba todo limpio, la cama es grande y André nos atendió correctamente y nos dejó indicaciones de cómo ir a Venecia. También nos avisó de que había huelga de transporte y nos recibió personalmente a la hora que le dijimos que llegábamos. No sé si por descuido o no, a la hora de hacer el checkout intentó cobrarnos la habitación en metálico, le dijimos que ya estaba pagada a través de Hoteles.com y no puso ningún problema. Creo que es un error que este alojamiento esté en esta página (hoteles.com), pues como digo, no es un hotel, es un piso compartido antiguo y muy muy básico.

Rustig en net privé verblijf.

Lieve nette eigenaar en eigenaresse die zeer behulpzaam waren en alles voor de gasten willen. De gasten komen niets te kort.
