tanto fumo e niente arrosto

esperienza negativa. accoglienza inesistente. nessun supporto di alcun tipo. colazione indecorosa. servizi in camera previsti e non trovati.localitá scomoda da raggiungere e isolata. villa ristrutturata che sembra promettere il meglio a prima vista. purtroppo si scopre subito che non é cosí.

Alora...... Das Zimmer, das Haus und die Lage ist schön..... Negativ.... War der zuständige Wirtschafter.. Er war sehr unfreundlich, kommentierte mit negativem Augenrollen irgendwelche Fragen oder das Nachfragen nach einem 2. Kaffe,....man hätte das Gefühl, es ist ihm alles zuviel und das schon in der Vorsaison Er ist in diesem Haus leider fehl am Platz.....

Nice but far out

Mistakenly booked this hotel thinking it was located in Venice not the outskirts. There is another hotel with the same name in Venice and that is the one I wanted. This hotel is clean and tidy the staff friendly and the price reasonable. This is not close to Venice if you do not have a car ( like us) . It's a 40 min bus ride then a 10 minute walk ( not good when you have luggage ) .

L'albergo e' molto tranquillo e sicuramente consigliato a chi vuole essere fuori dal traffico ma comunque vicino alle zone del Brenta.

personale gentile

il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. l'hotel è veramente bello, pulito e con ogni confort. ha soddisfatto ogni nostra esigenza/richiesta. si trova vicino a una fermata dell'autobus per Venezia, raggiungibile in 40 min. circa. percheggio interno gratuito. colazione non troppo abbondante, ma ottima. ci ritornerei sicuramente.
