We stayed one night the room and hotel are ok, its nice that they have a parking area in front the hotel. Good value.

I like the place was clean and they are changing towels everyday and near the city center via train.The breakfast doesn't have much selection.We are only offered egg and bacon on our third day of stay but there's no egg regularly.

Won't help you if you have a problem

We accidentally booked for 1-4 aug. instead of 1-4 sept. non-refundable. We paid the full price for the bedroom in advance, and we just noticed our mistake, of course, we asked the hotel to move our booking to 1-4 of sept. as our flights are non refundable, we also made them aware that we're a young couple and our economy doesn't let us get another hotel and we made a very big effort to afford this trip. Well, they had the AUDACITY to tell us off because "the room has been blocked as per the reservation". TO BE CLEAR, WE DIDN'T CHECK IN, THAT MEANS THEY BASICALLY HAD AN EMPTY ROOM WITH NO GUESTS THAT WAS PAID FOR FREE AND DIDN'T NEED TO BE TAKEN CARE OF, WE LITERALLY GIFTED THEM 250 EUR. MOREOVER, this new date is low season, so not like they can come off with "we're extremely booked right now" or "the price you paid was lower" and even in that case they could have just make us pay the difference. We noticed this accidentally, if we had taken our flight to Venice they would have kicked us out. Can't believe an hotel that calls themselves LGBT+ friendly and stands by hospitality, acceptance and freedom can be so narrow-minded and take advantage of a human mistake that could be fixed easily, like this. Don't book for this hotel. They will rather steal your money without offering a service back if they have the chance. Judith.

Durante la prenotazione ho richiesto il parcheggio e nei servizi c'era la colazione inclusa. Arriviamo e fuori non c'Ăš il nome del nostro hotel ma di un altro (ci dicono che quello che abbiamo prenotato era il nome del vecchio hotel -.-) e il parcheggio Ăš tutto pieno e che non hanno letto la mia richiesta e che la colazione Ăš a pagamento...la camera non Ăš proprio da 4 stelle ma comoda e pulita. Per fortuna che la colazione era buona per quel che abbiamo pagato.

La struttura risponde alle esigenze, ma ho perso due ore di tempo al telefono con personale Expedia, in quanto cercavo l'Hotel Floris da me prenotato, non sapendo né io né Expedia del cambiamento del nome.

Es ist alles sauber gewesen. Parken war direkt vor der TĂŒre möglich. Direkt am Bahnhof mit regelmĂ€ĂŸigen Abfahrten nach Venedig St. Luca. Einkaufsmöglichkeit & CafĂ©s in der NĂ€he.

FrĂŒhstĂŒck nicht in begriffen, desweiteren heißt das Hotel anders !!! Wenn man FrĂŒhstĂŒck zu buchen möchte, sollte man nichts erwarten, gibt nicht wirklich was zu essen. Das einzig positive an diesem Aufenthalt war das das Personal freundlich war !!!

Horrible and nightmare

Property max can get 2 stars but they miss lead the customers and advertising them self as 4 stars Entire hotel including the entrance and rooms everywhere was smelling too bad. Lots of flies on the breakfast area all over. Crickets and ants were in the room.

Café da manhã esquisito ,zero limpeza e organizaçã

Quartos velhos com cortinas velhas (bem diferente do que mostram nas fotos) nada que atrapalhe no fim ,porém só uma questão observação , a pior parte foi no café da manhã , conforme as fotos , o pessoal toma café e não vem ninguém para tirar as coisas para um próximo tomar seu café , eu tive q limpar minha mesa , café simples , porém frutas que estão nas fotos não existem !! No fim do checkout, pedi um cafezinho e rapaz da recepção disse q o serviço jå tinha terminado rsrsrs

Bien pour un trĂšs court sĂ©jour car prix intĂ©ressant.Hotel ne correspond pas Ă  un 4 Ă©toiles voir 2 Ă©toiles ProblĂšme de Clim avons insistĂ© pour qu on nous change de chambre , la chambre est collĂ©e au groupe moteur des climatiseurs de l hĂŽtel imaginez le bruit la nuit La TV ne marche pas cela a Ă©tĂ© signalĂ© mais rien n’a Ă©tĂ© fait pour y remĂ©dier La propretĂ© est plus que juste , cheveux dans la douche et on sent que sa colle quand on pose les mains sur le bureau Sinon point positif prĂšs de la gare

La suite que nous avions rĂ©servĂ©e prĂ©sentait dĂ©jĂ  des disfonctionnements avant notre arrivĂ©e et malgrĂ© tout elle a Ă©tĂ© proposĂ©e en rĂ©servation. De plus, aucune information ne nous a Ă©tĂ© donnĂ©e Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. DĂšs l'accĂšs de la suite, nous avons constatĂ© que la TV ne marchait pas, il manquait la porte de la cabine de douche. Nous avions signalĂ© ces manquements Ă  l'accueil le soir mĂȘme de notre arrivĂ©e et un technicien devait passer le lendemain matin mais aucune intervention n'a eu lieu jusqu'Ă  notre dĂ©part. Une grosse flaque d'eau est apparue sous la climatisation d'une chambre la veille de notre dĂ©part. A chaque douche (nous Ă©tions 4 adultes), le sol de la salle de bain Ă©tait tout Ă©claboussĂ©! Cette suite n'aurait jamais dĂ» ĂȘtre proposĂ©e en rĂ©servation et la nonchalance du personnel est exaspĂ©rante. Au dernier petit dĂ©jeuner, la personne qui servait le cafĂ© Ă©tait peu agrĂ©able.

The location was excellent with local train station servicing Venice, and a local Spar convenience shop. The Air conditioning worked well, The Bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, when I asked for butter and jam for my toast they didn't have any. And would have liked a kettle in our room. But overall a Good 5 nights enjoyed.

We had a nice sized room on the park side if the hotel and it was comfortable and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Couple of maintenace issues such as a shower head that wouldn't stay up and hair dryer that was kaput. Bathroom a little worn but clean. Breakfast buffet is decent. Overall would call this a 3 star hotel. A decent value for the money in a good location.
