I stayed at this hotel for one month. They have secure gated parking for hotel guests, a very generous breakfast buffet, and each member of the staff was gracious and helpful, Gemma promptly anticipated caffè, Tettiana was thorough with daily diligent with housekeeping. Ismael of the kitchen staff found my iPhone in the parking lot one night and brought it to my room. I could not be more pleased with the hotel!

Viele Angaben auf der Webseite stimmen nicht: kein Ticketverkauf, nicht alle angegebenen Sprachen,liegt nicht mitten in einer Stadt (da ist nichts), Restaurant geschlossen (daher nur Mini Frühstück), die Unterkunft wurde am letzten Tag geschlossen (ist jetzt nicht mehr verfügbar)

Venedik e iş seyahati için gelmiştim. Uygun fiyatlı olması nedeniyle tercih ettim ancak harika bir yer seçmişim. Hemen önünde bir yemyeşil bir nehir var manzara harika. Hizmet harika ve resepsiyondaki bayan çok ilgili. Kahvaltısı da güzeldi. Herkese tavsiye ederim. Bir daha venedik e gitsem yine burada kalırım.

Personale si, struttura no

Il personale è gentilissimo e squisito... ma le stanze sono decisamente non curate! Sciacquone aperto, doccia senza una paratia che allagava tutto il bagno, ecc. Oltretutto strano e in contrasto con il ristorante molto moderno e lussuoso.

La estadía fue muy buena, especialmente por la atención de Gemma, quién fue muy amable y gentil. El desayuno fue muy muy bueno, la ubicación del lugar a dos pasos del transporte y muy fácil de localizar

Hotel muy conveniente para ir a Venecia

Sólo estuve una noche como base para ir a Venecia. Muy cómodo el hotel para esa función. El check in fue self Chek in sin ningún problema ( llegamos 18:30 y ya no había personal en recepción) , todas las instrucciones que me dieron del hotel fueron exactas y fáciles de ejecutar. La habitación con aire acondicionado y muy cómoda. Único detalle, la mampara de la ducha está incompleta y el agua sale hacia el piso del baño. Habitación número 5. El desayuno bastante completo de 8 a 10 hs.

Sehr fein, das Zimmer zwar recht einfach - das Bad leider nicht wirklich angenehm, die Dusche ziemlich klein und keine Ablage oder Haken. Aber sonst ein nettes Hotel, hundefreundlich. Wenn man im Bad nicht viel Komfort benötigt, ist es wirklich zu empfehlen.

Sper schönes Hotel mit flair

In Zeiten von Corona ist das Restaurant nicht jeden Tag geöffnet. Leider.... Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Auto steht auf einem abgeschlossenen Parkplatz und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch ein Besuch in Venedig ist ohne Probleme vom Hotel aus möglich.

Muy satisfecha. Lo cogimos en Dolo por el tema de las tasas en las principales ciudades de Italia y por no tener que entrar con el coche en ninguna puñetera ZTL y no nos arrepentimos. Está en Dolo, que es un pueblo bastante tranquilo de casitas con un río que lo cruza y que resulta bastante agradable a la vista, tiene párquing incluido en la reserva y la atención buenísima. La recepción cerraba antes de que llegáramos, pero nos dejaron todo preparado y súper bien explicado en español para cuando llegáramos. El chico que atendía el restaurante nos lo dio todo y sin problema. Por poner una pega, no hay ascensor y siempre cuesta subir maletas a pulso, pero era un piso sólo, así que tampoco le damos más importancia. Nos sorprendió (y bien) que, a pesar de estar en un pueblo, era todo bastante actual, muy moderno más que clásico. Todo limpio, todo funcionando correctamente y destacar realmente la atención que recibimos todo el tiempo. Y el desayuno también muy bien. Igual hubiera agradecido algo más de variedad en la fruta, pero no puedo decir más porque todo muy correcto. Recomendable sin duda.

Struttura piacevole con camera confortevole e ristorante (prezzi sopra la media). Buona colazione, personale gentile e disponibile. Ma la descrizione della camera e del bagno non corrispondevano: diceva con vista ma avevo un muro della casa ad un metro come panorama, mentre il bagno non era comprensivo di bidet come descritto. Inoltre, la doccia, con ante scorrevoli, per entrare dovevo mettermi di profilo toccando ugualmente contro di esse e lo spazio interno sembrava progettato per i bambini (e io sono magro...), mi lavavo con difficoltà.

Posizione strategica

Ottimo Hotel con rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente, struttura nuova di restauro,staff gentile. La vicinanza sia ai mezzi di trasporto che il parcheggio provatone fanno una struttura top!

1 hr bus from Venice and difficult to locate.

Difficult to locate, a one hour local bus which left me st the wrong stop and an hour walking on the highway. No food. Breakfast minimal. Stayed one night instead of two. Not a holiday destination. No reception at night.
