Friendly staff, clean room, but a little bit old

It's a nice hotel which is a bit old I think We chose a room with a balcony which can see the canal of Venice Pros about the room is big, clean, comfortable bed, and friendly staff Cons: the room is a bit too old, a big mirror in front of the bed make me feel uncomfortable, and the drawing in the room is a bit creepy for me. At the end I covered with blankets or towel . For people that don't care much, I think it's totally a nice room The hotel is close to Venice SL station which is about 10 minutes walk. I recommend visitors to go through locals apartment but not the main Street if they have heavy luggage.

Muito bom

Quando chegamos em Veneza a cidade estava alagada e o hotel não deu uma alternativa p conseguirmos chegar com segurança ao estabelecimento. Tivemos q dormir na estação de trem. Assim que a água baixou, 7 hs da manhã, fomos para o hotel e fomos muito bem atendido pelo belo quadro de funcionários.

The staff make this small hotel prefect. It is in an ideal position for seeing Venice and we really liked the fact hotel is still kept to the period building feel. We were there during this years flood which meant one day was difficult to leave the hotel but the staff did all they could to help. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will stay there when we next go to Venice.

Convenient location

The location was excellent however we personally think the bed was bit hard and the pillows were too flat. Some people may like it that way but not us. Overall we still recommend to everyone its quiet with ferry stop across bridge and very helpful staff

11/22からスィートに3泊した。広々した部屋、天蓋付きベッド、プライベートバルコニーからカンナレージョ運河を眺める豪華な部屋で€339（3泊）だった。15世紀の豪商の邸宅を改装したホテルで、いたるところに絵画やアンティークな家具が配されている。外観の古めかしさとは裏腹に、中は近代的な設備で内装は美しい。Wi-Fiは気持ち良く繋がり、浴室は広く清潔で、湯量も豊富、バスタブもゆったりしている。サンタルチア駅から橋を越えず、船にも乗らず徒歩10分。日本人におすすめのホテルだ。

We were very pleased to have chosen this hotel, very good location to walk to the attractions of Venice. Very good room and private bathroom. When looking online for a hotel we were shocked to see many rooms have shared bathrooms.

Boutique hotel in Venice

The hotel is extremely difficult to find with the entrance off the main street with a very small sign. However this is typical for Venice however regular visitors to the city should be aware. The hotel was old (as is everything in Venice), however the room was smelly and lacked basic amenities such as tissues and tea and coffee making facilities. The air conditioning did not work and the sheets were only changed during our 3 night stay upon our request on the final day. Breakfast was a disappointment and reception and the meals area did not open until 8.00am which was inconvenient for our early morning departure.

Great place to stay in Venice

Very close to the train station, personel was wonderful. We had a junior suite room which is one of the BEST rooms we have ever had!! The breakfast could have been larget but the woman who took care of it was GREAT!! Always fresh things on the table. The service from the reception was excellent as well. If we could we would give this place and room a 4.5 rating! If you have a chance to stay here, we highly recommend it!
