Our experience was terrible, when we arrived to the hotel any body are there, we had to wait. When we made the reservation Expedia call to the hotel and verify that our reservation was in the main building, we pay in full, when we made the check in with our reservation pay in full they said that we have to pay $ 250.00 more, each night like $ 180.00 per night, we want to call to Expedia and they in any moment help in this matter, only said " if do not pay the difference, no room" The room was in a far building where they only have 4 empty rooms and we lost the electricity continuously. We did not have communication, no electricity, no WI FI and there any staff, my husband was walking in the morning to the main building, they coming and review the electricity and I have a big discussion with the staff and the electricity continuous in the same situation, he call to the owner and he send to an apartment in good condition but along and to far the main building where we had the breakfast. We lost the three days in this situation.
