The views are amazingnfrom the room balcony. It is sparkling clean and everyone is super friendly! Breakfast is good and honestly I can recommend this hotel 100%. It is by the new marina, walking distance to old and new town so plenty of restaurants all around. Aircon in the room was very good! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

What a wonderful gem of a place! Truly the best location in Ventimiglia. Walking through the tunnel makes it a breeze to and from the center of town. Our balcony overlooked the moored yachts. The room was exceptionally comfortable. Loved the bed & shower. Breakfast better than expected, with attentive service. In the evening we walked the path around the lit up yachts. Very romantic. Really enjoyed our time there.

Love this place! It looks right at the Marina in the Mediterranean.It is gorgeous , the balcony is incredible. It's a great place to walk around.You can walk around the Marina to the beach.Even heading to town it's great.

Fabulous property. Excellent staff. Good breakfast. So close to the beach! I am disabled and was still able to make it to enjoy time on the beach and in the water. The staff gave us tips to make it to Old Town which was also within walkable distance for me. Great stay!

A Fabulous End

Our last 2 nights in Italy after a 4 week road trip and WOW, what a fabulous hotel to end it in. A room with an amazing view. Everything about it was just as advertised. Loved it and would certainly recommend to everyone

What a special place. Unlike any other. Not luxurious but very special and quaint. Hosts are LOVELY. Could be upgraded to luxurious with softer bed and down pillows and a little more attention to toiletries. The used shampoo bottles were a distraction from high end accommodations.

A modern hotel. Very clean. Balconies facing the sea, great view. Nice breakfast. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Thin walls; you hear the neighbours very well, but I wasn’t disturbed at night. Easy access to Ventigmilia Alta (old town) through the elevator inside the tunnel, and a short walk through the tunnel and over the bridge to the new part of the town. 25min walk to Calandre beach. Would recommend.

Lovely view of the sea from all rooms and incredibly helpful and friendly team. It is in a fantastic area a few steps from the beautiful new marina with shops and restaurants. Yet also 200 yards from a lift to the amazing old town and a few feet from a tunnel taking you to the centre of Ventimiglia. The town has all sorts of shops and a really enviable daily food market. There are authentic restaurants for every taste and budget. The room was spacious and super clean. The negative was the noisy building site next door that our balcony looked over. It operated from 8am to 5pm Mon to Fri so no chance of a lie in. Also the a/c wasn’t on and it got quite warm in May. They were full so we couldn’t change rooms. The positives outweigh the negatives though and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Low Key Racist Front Desk Receptionist

The older receptionist with the glasses was low key racist. I had a sea view balcony and she gave me the worst room in the corner next to a wall. When I asked for a different room she said they were fully booked but they clearly were not. I asked for late checkout and she said no again because they were “fully booked.” Well from the street you can see mostly all the storm shutters down in the windows even the sea view balcony rooms so you can clearly see they were NOT fully booked. Also there was a mix up with my next hotel so I had to rebook so I went on hotels.com and guess what ..!? Rooms available NOT fully booked. I stayed another night and requested a different room. Italy is the 28th country I’ve traveled to and I’ve never been treated like this anywhere else. I remained respectful and polite but I recommend getting rid of that receptionist because she is a bad representative for the hotel and for Ventimiglia because everyone else I met was extremely kind and welcoming.
