"Room was very dusty…I could see dust come up from the carpet. Drapery was not good. Had moths in our room. Halls needed maintenance and some TLC. Overall hotel was very worn out…I have never spent $25 extra for a pet, thought too high especially since room was barely clean. Wouldn’t recommend this place…."

"Excellent stay on our travels. Only “complaint” would be the pillows, both my husband and I had a hard time sleeping on. Otherwise quite impressed with the property, the restaurant was convenient and a good breakfast. Close to the Navajo bridge!"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly clean. But there were lots of small problems. The door wouldn't unlock unless you jiggled the key in a very particular way. The shower drained so slowly that you were standing in water deeper then your ankles by the time you finished. The toilet wobbled when you sat on it."

The tent was lovely and the whole experience actually felt like a true, quiet retreat. +1 for extreme dog friendliness to include multiple water bowls laid around the main tent. "

"When I get in the room I found glasses of some other in the table and an open cola in the fridge, room was dirty… we stay 5 days and supposed to get daily housekeeping and we had it once at day 3 after I let them know that nobody was cleaning our room … I had some issues with the payment trough Expedia and they charge me twice at the property. Day 4 I found a crockconuch in our room"

"The property looked fairly new and was clean. The breakfast was the typical array of eggs, sausage/bacon, waffles/pancakes, yogurt and fruit. Only complaint was the juice machine which included the water dispenser was broken and they didn't provide pitchers of water."

"The breakfast selection was OK but not as good as other properties we've stayed at, plus run-out items were not always promptly refilled. Also, while the room amenities were nice, including a kitchenette w/dishwasher, there was no dishwasher detergent nor a sink stopper to facilitate the washing of dishes in the sink. "

"Staff was nice and offered to give us another room when we found 2 used washcloths in bathroom. The rest of room looked clean so we stayed put. Later we noticed no shower mat. We only stayed one night and tried to call down for a late checkout as my husband wasn’t feeling well the next morning and our room phone didn’t work. Then my husband was stuck in the bathroom as the door latch stuck close and he couldn’t get out. He was able to use a room key card I slid under the door to luckily unlatch...
