"Friendly check in, the cable t.v. wasn't working in my room and they came up immediately to fix it.
The only down side was the amount of ice and slush in the parking lot. It was really slippery and it would be great if they would have a plow clear it out."

"Loved this hotel for proximity to the airport/ mall but still in a suburban area with nice eating options nearby. Staff very friendly, facilities wonderful with gym, hot tub and large beautifully decorated lobby for Christmas. Free shuttle to airport and mall was very appreciated. Appreciate all the functional counter space, hooks, shelves, etc. that were very useful and the cute little chaise lounge.
