"Beautiful property with the best amenities we've ever encountered (except the lack of a television)....snacks, drinks, coffee. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, and our room was lovely...would definitely recommend the first floor room we had. It was walkable for us, but it may be a little far from the downtown for others. Highly recommended."

Ruime parkeer gelegenheid gratis. Service is vriendelijk en goed. Het huis biedt op het balkon gelegenheid om te zitten en wat te drinken. Wel is de prijs te hoog voor wat er geboden werd. Maar het is wel centraal gelegen in montpelier."

"Our stay was great. No one expected a heat wave in June, so no air conditioner made sleeping a little tougher. But the relaxing atmosphere, view of the lake, and warm downhome hospitality made up for that. We will definitely be back. "

"Great view off the deck with a late afternoon glass of wine. When the sun went down and temps dropped we moved into the charming rustic charming great room. We particularly want to thank Hannah for moving breakfast up a half an hour, so that we could get to the UVM graduation on time. She went out of her way to give us a full breakfast, on short notice. "This is a lovely old Inn. We found that there was not good lighting to read in our room and just one chair. As the weather was poor It would have been nice to spend time reading. Ther is a couch downstairs that we could have used. "

Daily baked goods smell delicious and breakfast each morning was wonderful! Our hosts had great recommendations of things to do in the area and were lovely to chat with. We were visiting for a wedding in Waitsfield and were very happy staying local rather than in one of the other cities!"
