"This was such a great find! First time staying at a ski resort and it was perfect! Really enjoyed the ski in / ski out. We had beautiful views from our room complete with balcony overlooking the slopes! Loved the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs. Fire pits outside were also nice to have. Very cozy atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly and helpful at the hotel."

"Wonderful staff, rooms very clean, beautiful grounds with Mountain View’s, but… Rooms are tired and in serious need of upgrade… same is true of building exterior in the pool area, walking paths, and bluestone patio in dining area…whirlpools broken our whole stay"

"This was a beautiful hotel. The view of the lake was amazing. The breakfast buffet was definitely worth it. The heated pool was not very warm. There were no recycle bins in guest room or anywhere else that were visible."

"The setting is beautiful. The staff were amazing - kind and attentive. Our room was very dated and in need of updating including the bathrooms. The furniture in the room was an odd collection of pieces that could have come from a yard sale. It was not up to the standard we expected given the cost of the room and the overall resort vibe. "
