Fantastic Staff

The facility was excellent. Two large pools, a wellness centre and a great restaurant. The menu was different every night and the food was divine. The staff across the whole resort went above and beyond, made the stay extra special.

O Acaya Golf Resort & SPA foi o lugar perfeito para desacelerar e aproveitar alguns dias de descanso no Salento. Trata-se de um resort amplo, muito bem cuidado e com excelente estrutura. Sua localização é estratégica, próxima de Lecce e com fácil acesso às praias da região por meio do serviço oferecido pelo hotel para um lido conveniado, muito bem organizado. O quarto era espaçoso, confortável e muito bem equipado. As áreas comuns impressionam pela qualidade, com belas piscinas, spa, campo de golfe e atividades para crianças, tornando o ambiente ideal para famílias. O café da manhã merece um destaque especial. Foi um dos melhores de toda a viagem, reunindo excelente variedade de produtos internacionais e muitas especialidades típicas da Puglia, sempre de altíssima qualidade. Também tivemos a oportunidade de conhecer a Masseria localizada dentro da propriedade, onde desfrutamos de ótimas refeições em um ambiente muito agradável, voltado para a culinária regional. Foi uma hospedagem que reuniu conforto, excelente gastronomia e uma estrutura completa para quem deseja conhecer o Salento com tranquilidade.

Belles chambres spacieuses avec terrasse et jardin. Le couloir est assez bruyant surtout près de la réception. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux. Le restaurant du soir par contre très moyen pour le prix et la salle un peu cantine. Une seule des 2 piscines extérieures était ouverte et non chauffée. La piscine du spa est payante 20€ pour 2h. Près de Torre dell’Orso et des magnifiques plages de la côte adriatique mais besoin d’une voiture pour aller à Lecce. Nous sommes allés en mai et on sent que la saison n’est pas commencée ici.

Die Unterkunft ist grosszügig ausgestattet, weitläufig in der Architektur, weite Gänge und grosse Zimmer und Bäder. Die Kingsize Betten sind bequem und die Fenster gut isoliert.Alle Böden sind gefliest und die Anlage ist generell weitläufig. Der Pool ist im Innenhof vor Wind geschützt, die Bar durch einen Zwischengang der beiden Häuser verbunden und das Restaurant gleich dahinter. Zur Golfanlage wird man per Golfcart chauffiert. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und auch frischer Orangensaft verfügbar. Der Preis in der Vorsaison war moderat und voll gerechtfertigt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

Relax allo stato puro

Resort posto in una situazione strategica Suite bellissima materassi Top e pulizia eccellente. Purtroppo uno dei 2 televisori, quello posto in camera non era funzionante e la luce dello specchio piccolo in bagno, per intenderci quello che serve alle donne per truccarsi era fulminata.E direi proprio che in una camera di quasi 500 € a notte questo non dovrebbe assolutamente accadere. É cmq intervenuto immediatamente il tecnico addetto ma non é riuscito a risolvere il problema del televisore. Consiglerei di fare un ispezione, che a quanto pare manca, prima di assegnare le camere e di aggiungere in bagno dei set di cortesia che possano fare la differenza (pettinino, spazzolino).Consiglerei anche di fornire ciabattine di maggiore qualità e di non limitarsi ad omaggiare gli ospiti all'arrivo di una semplice bottiglia di acqua calda. Consiglio inoltre, così come oramai fanno quasi tutti i resort di un certo livello, di dotare le camere di una macchina con cialde, visto che il service room (specificato anzitempo) costa 10 €. Altra critica, spero costruttiva, e che 2 caffè in camera vengono serviti senza acqua e senza l'accompagnamento con alcun dolcetto (che probabilmente non avrei mai neanche mangiato). Mancano veramente tanti particolari a fare la differenza. E per finire al mio arrivo nessuno a darmi una mano con i bagagli. Personale tutto eccellente in tutto... tranne quello della Reception. Bene anche il ristorante asterno che però doterei con luci più sobrie.Per il resto Top

Central pool was lovely, and not busy. Room was spacious and balcony attractive. Gym was good with air conditioning which was most welcome. Helpful reception gave advice for our visit to Lecce.
