So i've been double charged.I reached out to them for a refund and they refunded, and then took the payment again.And I haven't heard since, but it's been well over a month and I can't seem to get this refund processed."

"When my wife and I entered our room, it appeared clean enough, until I wanted to shower. Room service left us with only ONE soiled bath towel. No washcloths. No hand towels. No other bath towels. I went to the office to get more towels and washcloths. They gave me a washcloth that was soiled and gray (not clean white ) on one of the corners. It was so disgusting I took photos. The coffee maker was restocked with coffee, but room service did not leave a single coffee cup in the room to drink out of."

"The rooms were nice, and clean, but those beds are horribly firm. I had to switch to a different hotel across town after the first night, I couldn't sleep. I stay in alot of hotels, and have never had beds like this, including at other courtyard and standard Marriott locations. "
