He could not get the remote working and didn’t know what I was asking about the ice machine. The mgr at the desk came up and could not fix the remote and didn’t understand about the constant ringing. "When I arrived, the air conditioning wasn’t on. The remote wouldn’t work so I had to manually turn it on. The breakfast was good. Having real plates is really appreciated. All staff were friendly. "
