"The pool looks neat, closes super early. The entire property smells like smoke, I don’t know how it got the ratings it did because it was nasty. The bedding was stained, the floors nasty, the bathroom gross, 10/10 will never stay at this chain again. It’s the kinda place you wanna wear sandals in the shower. It was just gross. A woman was literally being chased by a man in the hallway and the front desk said they have a history of violence and apparently that’s their normal."

"For the price the stay was ok. Check in was easy and I got a second floor room as requested but... The smell in the room was awful, almost skunk like, carpet felt damp in front of one of the beds and the bathroom floor was slick slippery...no way I would go barefoot in there. We went to the store and purchased febreeze and sprayed the room down to deal with the smell. If it had been more than a 1 night travel stop I would have requested another room."

"1-No room service during a 5 night stay except when I asked the front desk how often they cleaned rooms and their response was "every day"...so the room was cleaned only 1 of 5 nights. 2- Internet spotty and unreliable...it would cut out every night and required a call to the front desk to complain. 3- No coffee pod refills bcz they failed to clean room daily and replenish coffee pods. 4- Towel shortage. Only one fraying towel was issued. I had to ask for add'l towels since they didn't clean rooms on a regular basis."
