"Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, good size and the balcony with a view. It was quiet too. The only, very minor downside was a bit dark, lack of light in the ceiling. The bathroom was clean, good size and shower was powerful. Breakfast is good too, with lots of selection, from the usual continental as well as hot sausages, bacon, beans, scrambled eggs and boil eggs. Orange juice was good, as well as the coffee. It is close to the train station, closer than I expected. And the ski free shuttle is right opposite the hotel front door. The ski room with boot warmer. There was swimming pool but I didn't use it. Cannot fault it at all, 100% recommended. "

"Just a well designed beautiful, clean room with a lot of tension to detail. You can see that the management of this place pays attention to its guest. Great food, breakfast and dinner was superb with a little snack time between three and four pm! If you want a great spot to walk around or have majestic Alpine views and even hop on the ferry to Lucerne in just a few minutes"
