Mr. Abraham at the front desk went far and beyond to make sure my tour to the Glacier 3000 was sorted properly and the van came to the hotel instead of meeting them at the airport. "We stayed here for 1 night in December. The hotel is in a great location, beautifully decorated and rooms are great. The reception lady was really helpful and gave us a map and showed us where everything was. Breakfast was great too, lots of choice. Would definitely stay again. "

"The hotel was in a perfect location, right by the lake with a lovely walk by the lake to the old Town. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was superb with amazing fresh bread, you could smell from the 5th floor. The restaurant staff were particularly friendly and helpful.
