"Fantastic stay. I was celebrating with 13 other friends. The house was perfect for us, lovely hot tub and games area, kitchen facilities were well maintained with plenty of fridge space. The rooms were very clean on arrival and just as expected. Geert was very accomodating. Taxis for all of us into Ghent would have been €240 however a 30 min walk to the loc train station saved us a lot of money. "

"I had often heard that the area around Gare du Midi was unsafe and dirty, but I was pleasantly surprised. While some parts just outside the train station weren’t very clean and had a number of homeless people sleeping there, the streets near our hotel as well as the metro and train stations were nice and felt fine. The hotel’s location is very convenient, with easy access to the subway, train station, grocery stores, and more. The staff were helpful and friendly, and our room was clean and equipped with everything we needed."

"Overall, property was reasonably priced and provided spacious accommodations. The location was convenient since it was only 20 min walk to Grand Place. However, the area did not feel too safe, especially at night. The apartment was spacious and was very helpful to have kitchen, fridge, microwave. However some minor repairs can be done. Also booked a 1 bedroom apartment and there was A/C in the living area but not in the main bedroom."

"Although the neighborhood (across from the rail station) is a little sketchy, the hotel itself is first rate. Very friendly and helpful staff. Both the common areas and the rooms are sportlessly clean. Room is generously spacious and bath is big and modern (although there is a high step-over to get into the tub). Skip breakfast -- it's overpriced. "
