Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
As a short term let for a young family I would not recommend this apartment. There was very little of the usual provisions like salt, olive oil, wash up liquid. There’s a spiral stair case and very low ceiling in the attic. And there’s no mosquito screens. However, to be fair, the apartment was reasonably cheap, reasonably well located, and was clean. The management company were responsive although I still don’t know what the situation was with bins.

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
L’appartamento era sporco, con evidenti segni di mancata pulizia: mosche morte a terra, polvere sotto i letti e sopra i ripiani. Dava l’impressione di essere rimasto chiuso per mesi e di essere stato sistemato solo superficialmente, limitandosi alla biancheria da letto. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato un piccolo kit per la pulizia, esaurito già in un giorno vista la quantità insufficiente. Il proprietario mi aveva comunicato che solitamente viene lasciata una bottiglia di prosecco come omaggio di benvenuto, ma purtroppo al nostro arrivo non c’era nulla. Anche il condominio si presentava molto sporco e trasandato. La posizione è ottima, perché in centro e vicinissima al mare, ma per il resto è stata un’esperienza davvero negativa.
