"Friendly staff"

"One of our bedside tables had dried used contacts stuck to them. Clearly the staff forgot to clean the tables. Our room had us up all night because the room above us - anytime they moved all we could hear were squeaky floors like we were staying in an old war home. When I brought both issues up to the staff they said on that’s horrible and then offered no solutions."

"Breakfast was great, parking was generally easy, except for when a large hockey group of children arrived at the hotel. The gym equipment was limited and on the whole nonfunctional."

"The continental breakfast was the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel. I loved the omelette station. Everything was clean. The staff was extremely welcoming and nice. Only downfall was being told Starbucks inside would open at 6:30. Had an event to go to and ended up having to just go to Starbucks down the street. I don’t believe the hotel one opened until after 7."

"The room wasn't soundproof, so I could hear outside noises. The price wasn't cheap, and water was extra. It wasn't a good experience."

"This hotel needs a lot of work. We were on the 3rd floor. The hallway carpet is bunching up in places. Someone will fall one day. The rooms were clean and the beds were great. We had tv issues where one room had different channels than the other. Jimmy at the front desk was very helpful is resolving this issue. One room’s toilet was so low to the ground. Hot water ran out during a shower one night around 830pm. This hotel needs a major update. Location is great. Aber at the front desk in the...
