"As you know I book our travels through Expedia regularly. This was the worst, and the only dreadful experience we have ever had. Check in at the “check in centre” was dreadful, slow and not as expected. We expected to be staying close to the sea, as we had when we visited last year, but our accommodation was several miles inland and very very disappointing. "This is a small bed and breakfast with 7 rooms. We liked the common areas (there are several) and the small pool was a nice respite from the hot sun. We were on the ground floor so not able to open windows and it’s a little noisy but not bad at all. Breakfast area was very nice - we could eat indoors or out, and there was a good selection of cold items to choose from. "The room and bathroom were excellent and the brkfst was perfect. The air/heat was working well. Everyone was very helpful and ready to offer more. The last morning we were there they laid out an early breakfast even though I think we were the only ones there and were leaving before breakfast would normally have begun. My husband and I would definitely recommend Villa Rio Guest House to friends. "
