"Nicely designed hotel in a location outside of the central tourist area. Lots of nearby restaurants to dine in. Hotel lounge was cozy and comfortable for work or play. Special shout out to Michael at the front desk who assisted with the private transportation to the airport when there were numerous flight delays! Thank you!"

"If you get the curly haired Moroccan looking chap prepare for hitting your head against a wall Getting what I can only describe as a flannel as a towel then pretending there no desposit after 2 days is ridiculous Apart from that you pay for what you get "

"The gym was amazing! Lots of space and weights. The rooms were super clean. The staff on the other hand were not the best. I was in my room taking a nap around 1pm and my door kept knocking. I was in there alone and I had forgotten to put the DND sign up. I told them I did not need cleaning, so they eventually went away. At 2:30 they came back and knocked again and I yelled again I did not need it( I was exhausted). They instead yelled POLIZIA!! So I got worried and went to get the door. As I opened it, it was the cleaning lady. I’m like, “why would you yell polizia if it’s just you, I’m sleeping and I’m tired”. She then is like “I’m so sorry, I’m so sorry”. That whole scenario was scary for a woman traveling alone. I went to go report it & nothing was done. A different day, I went to go buy some pizza and the staff there had such an attitude."

"I spoke to the hotel to explain my parents were fasting for Ramadan and would not be taking up the breakfast that was included in our rate. They agreed to set aside a dish for each of my parents and when it was time to break their fast it was provided to my parents to eat in the dining area. It was amazing service and they went well above and beyond what anybody could expect. It's a great hotel but this was the cherry on top."

"Room was way too small. Expedia description says it sleeps 3, but there is barely room for 2. Plus they charged me extra at the hotel. They never provided towels/sheets for 3. I had to go down to the lobby to get extra towels and sheets everyday. Location was good though. Front desk agent was nice when dealing with my questions. "

"We had a lovely stay at The Guardian hotel. Accesible to downtown area. Clean room and bathroom. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Helped us to call a taxi to the airport. Would stay again when we're back in Rome. Chin chin! "
