"For the price I paid I would have thought that I would have a newly remodeled room and bathroom or a suite but that was not the case. I was put in a room that had maintenance issues, part of which they took care of at 11:00 pm so kudos for that, however, I should have never been put in that room or moved rooms once it was brought to their attention. Everything was clean but was outdated and I wouldn’t rate anything excellent but good. Definitely wasn’t a great value. The staff was friendly and did permit a late checkout due to the maintenance issues I had. I expected more out of a Hampton Inn and was a bit disappointed."

"Staff was friendly. The room was clean. Breakfast was just Ok. I think they must have just cleaned the room carpets as they were still damp…another guest noted same thing. Shower head was loose, toilet was loose on its base…which I’m sure was just an issue with our room All was doable."

"The cabin was super clean and the beds were comfortable!! Having a hot tub was a bonus and extremely clean!! The staff was amazing, super helpful and just all around wonderful! So much to do in the area! So beautiful!!"

"The staff was very helpful in what we needed and getting us anything extra. We were able to park in the back very close to our room and see our vehicles right outside the window. Only issues the we had was, there was no luggage stand nor ironing board (although provided one when asked for it) and the fridge seemed to freeze our drinks. The breakfast was mediocre but that is a hotel for ya. Staff did replenish it when running low quite quickly and the dining area was sufficient. All in all a decent place to stay."
