"We loved everything about the lodge. Lots of staff around always ready to help you. Place was well taken care of and the staff were cleaning and staying on top of things all day long. Room was great, comfy bed, great shower and a wonderful view of the waterhole. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options.... even some gluten free muffins and pancakes. Beautiful place to finish our month in Africa."

"Fantastic friendly staff, great pools, complex is a bit old and tired but lovely grounds and amenities, and still a lovely hotel. Room servicing was good, turndown service was a bit hit and miss, laundry service was efficient, restaurant was quite good, shuttle was awesome and the drivers were exceptionally accomodating and helpful, golf was great, course is a little rough but the caddies were great. The only thing that irked us was that when we paid cash for a drink at the pool bar, or golf course fees, change was not forthcoming. I don’t mind handing it back as a tip but it shouldn’t be assumed. We had no such issue inside the hotel at the bar. "

"The staff were the starts of the lodge. Richard at the bar was a true gentleman. The catering staff were simply amazing and always polite. Let's not forget the gardner who kept the place nice and lush and the pool clean. Our son was in the pool everyday. Great fun."
