"This place is very modern and super clean. We stayed as a family of 5 from the USA. The space was perfect for us with 2 bedrooms. One with a king bed and the other with two twins. The sofa downstairs makes for a perfect 4th bed and our son said he had the best sleep of his life on it lol. The location is great as it’s no more than 10 minutes to anywhere you would want to go in town. The airport is 15-20 mins. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It’s definitely worth adding the breakfast as the breakfast places are very good especially The Lookout. The views are incredible and the restaurant itself is gorgeous. I would not recommend the breakfast at La Piaza. They send a driver each morning to take you to and from breakfast and the cost is included in the room price. If you can request Tawanda as your driver he is awesome! We used him for all of our taxi needs during our stay."

"Helpful and courteous staff. Very clean and I felt comfortable eating there. Good breakfast options and very good dinner options. Coffee unfortunately was not very good but the very restaurant staff especially Beatrice and Nyash were very helpful. They are doing renovations and the rooms in this stable wing are not easily accessible as you have to walk on the road and through a poorly lit alley to access that wing. Wi-Fi was very good and water pressure in showers was very good."

"Beautiful hotel! Very well maintained, with beautiful gardens and 2 swimming pools. Very nicely decorated and very peaceful. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms have everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom towels are very nice and fluffy. It’s just a beautiful hotel."
