"Air conditioning in the whole building which is not advertised, 24 hrs complementary coffee at the lobby, free upgrade to a nicer and bigger room. Location is perfect just one block from the Victoria station. Easy to find the hotel. Walking distance to Buckingham Palace and the river bank. The only consideration would be the price of the hotel. It’s really pricey as compared to the hotel in other locations. We need to stay closer to the station because our flight from Gatwick is really early. There’s a direct express train from Victoria station to Gatwick in 1/2 hours. And our coach from Winchester is also arrived at this location making it ideal for an overnight stay."

"Excellent stay. Room was really quiet at night. Ask for a room away from the elevators if noise bothers you, as the lift 'dings' when it arrives. Some very minor wear and tear in the room, but generally good. 5 minutes walk to Pimlico station and 5 minutes walk to a range of mid price restaurants and pubs. Well worth being off the main tourist areas for the cost saving. A/C and safe in the room both worked."

"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very nice, clean, and modern, and the breakfast had a variety of options. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help which made our experience even better. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning didn't get as cool as we would have liked. Overall, it was a great hotel."

"I stayed in a double inside room, so it was very small, but if you’re solo like I was then it’s perfectly fine. For me, a strong working A/C was the most important thing and they delivered on that. It’s very close to Victoria Station and within walking distance to many attractions and landmarks. There’s a great restaurant next door. Would definitely stay again."
