"There are no staff apart from cleaners. Any requests go via email or phone. The door key pads were really loud and could wake you up if people arrived late, which they did. It seems to be a combo of a post rehab facility and motel for people who want a less expensive room. There is a microwave in the foyer. It is very difficult to fill the electric jug as the bathroom sink was very narrow.No plates. Good parking, close to bus stops and good food options nearby. I left early as had an opportunity...

"Easy location between town and airport. Modern shower, good temp range but not too powerful. All necessary amenities. Clean comfy beds. Only tip would be better wi-fi instructions. "Great place to stay. We overnighted here on a trip from Auckland to Bali. Airport is so close to the hotel. Made it really easy. Room was immaculate and staff very polite. Two things: Taxi's seem unnecessarily expensive for such a short drive. Would be better if the Hotel arranged a free shuttle for travellers, or at least a more affordable option for groups of 3 or more. Disappointed they didn't play the Australia Fifa World Cup match at breakfast too!"

"Chloe was very helpful. Seems previous guests had broken the TV and remained silent about it. Chloe fixed it promptly. Shower is over bath, which can be an issue for the elder traveller. Close to some very fine restaurants and bars. Room was a bit dated and some minor maintenance would help."

"We had a great stay right in the heart of Brisbane. The room was clean and modern and while a little small it was perfect for us. Staff were really lovely and helpful and the breakfast was amazing! The meals at the restaurant are simple but tasted great. There is no pool, however the southbank pools are just across the river. All in all a good place to stay for a short trip to Brisbane."

"Great little hotel, staff are super friendly and always willing to help. Room itself was great, clean and just what you need. There is some works taking place on the corner but it wasn't too bad. Parking is a bit steep though so watch out for that but with the good rate for the room it all worked out quite good."

Unfortunately, our overall experience was let down by the lack of a comfortable sleeping environment. Our room at the back had no block-out curtains, and the bright security lights from the neighbouring car dealership made the room very bright throughout the night. "A good place to stay after arriving on a late flight. Very small room but we only needed it for one night. Clean and tidy and we left the next day."
