"The rooms are dated, which causes odours a modern hotel hides. If rooms are not maintained, its not my responsibilty to fix a running toilet, or be an exterminator.
3 bugs, black spider quite large and 2 nats of some sort. One on the bed one on the wall.
Altogether, we had 3 rooms. Each room had very similar issue, dark stained rugs and just dated."
