"The place was pretty great but we had a few unfortunate things happen during our stay. First, upon arrival, we found blood on the mat in our bathroom. Then on our last day there a pip burst and flooded our closet soaking all of our clothes and quickly flooding our bathroom. We had to change room 2 more times as the bathtub was backed up in the next room. We also were then now not on the club level which we paid for, nor near the rest of our party. This wasn't a huge deal as we still had club...

"I love this place. It's the only place we stay at in Austin. I was a bit discouraged on our last visit. The AC did not work well. Then it was "fixed" but still changed itself to warm temperatures in the middle of the night. It was a bit frustrating. Still like this place though."

"The entrance to holiday inn is no longer there, the hotel is merged with the indigo. Most ride shares drop you at the old entrance and you need to walk with your luggage down a hill. The room was okay, a little weathered, toilet seat loose, things just worn. Also there was no guide for the tv, which would be helpful for out of town visitors. Just a mid price nothing special hotel. "

"Not as pet friendly as what you would want, partly because of the location in the city, but also just the feel of the place, unless your dog is tiny (can be carried), suggest not trying to bring them. My biggest concern was the fact that I booked with Expedia and got multiple double charges from the hotel. Took multiple calls with Expedia agents and multiple visits to the front desk before getting told it’s fixed, still awaiting “pending charges” to either undo or correct, so be careful checking...

"Loved the location and ease of check-in. It was a little loud at night, but that should be expected due to the area. They even provided a white noise machine and ear plugs. Only issue was parking. I was under the impression I could use their lot which was not the case. I parked across the street which ended up being $45/day which I wasn't planning on spending. Just note that parking is not guaranteed and street parking is near impossible."
