"The hotel is difficult to find in the airport.
We have been rejected by a staff completely helpless.
They required us document fo dad with minor daughter, we gave them by WhatsApp but continued to request more. I did decide to leave this hotel and we went to our next hotel that welcome us without any questions . hotel to avoid absolutely, the worst welcome to Brazil!
Totally unacceptable, unprofessional.

I had a great overall stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. The only downside was that the breakfast options were almost the same every day, which can get repetitive if you’re staying for a longer period like I did.
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which really made a difference. The location is also a big plus, with a short and easy distance to the beach.
