"The room was good, people were courteous, good checkin and checkout experimces. Amenities fell short of expectation. Bathroom had no hand towel. Also there was no body lotion in the bathroom. The biggest problem I had is with the restaurant. Despite having the below on the website, the restaurant didn't serve any non veg food (no egg in the breakfast). The food were oily food. "Good deal. Conveniently located next to the airport, a very helpful and friendly staff, surprisingly tasty food, which was clearly cooked with care and attention because of certain details, very good price. Could be a bit cleaner in some ways, but what is usually expected for a hotel of this price in a city in India. My room had a large window, which was nice, but I looked into another room and it looked a bit better or newer. The refrigerator in the room was good, clean (no mildew smell), and kept my drinks cold. There was hot water in the shower. The only thing I didn't like is that there were a few female hairs in my bed, which can happen from long-haired housekeepers. it did not look like the bed was used, however. One thing I didn't like was that another guest came right into my room as if it was an extra room to be used randomly, but I can't blame that on the hotel, I guess. I was pleased with my stay, and it was a very good price. The desk manager, (Sunil or Sunit?) seems like a good guy. I may stay here, again."
