Great hotel in the heart of Vienna

This is my second time in the hotel Last year I spent 2 nights and I loved it though I had an issue with the lacking of storage places . Positives: Fast check in and check out, staff friendly and helpful, always meet you with a beautiful genuine smile, I loved the breakfast , for me a set menu breakfast was great. The location is excellent just opposite to the magnificent st stephan cathedral .all shops , restaurants and cafes were around, Negatives: I have one negative thing in the room concerning the wardrobe , I can’t really call it a wardrobe, small , open it shows every thing It has no place to place our clothes not evern shelves or drawers to place our personal clothes or things , I found that very disturbing I think it’s something should be done about it , because it is the main reason why I might not come to the hotel in my next visit to Vienna,

This property is just next to the St Stephen’s Cathedral. Our room has a balcony with a spectacular view of the Cathedral and the square. The location is very convenient for shopping and there are lots of good restaurants around.

Perfect stay

I had a problem when arriving because i didn’t know there is no street beside the hotel and i had to call them few minutes before arrival to arrange for the luggage porter to be there, besid that my stay was excellent, the room 👍👍👍, the check in and out was fast, restaurant great, friendly and helpful staff most of all the location opposite st sephan cathedral and in the core of the center,in my next visit to vienna i will surely pick the same place. This hotel is just about location. No amenities and not even a bottle of water included. Staff was nice enough. Hotel in general is nothing special but you pay for location a views. I would not recommend and would not stay here if doing it all over again. There’s better hotels 5-6 min walk from the location.

The staff was very nice. Just make sure if you are driving to call before you get to the address they give you. The taxi drivers did not like us parking there until they got the car

Not for me

The staff was extremely nice and friendly however the hotel has no lobby. The entrance is through the side of a street kitchen narrow and not inviting. The reservation desk is part of the restaurant full of people with no privacy. Rooms are very nice and inviting. The breakfast was poor a la carte and when I asked for some more yogurt I was told I have to pay. Very Nice people but I will not return there.
